A guided route of less than 3 kilometers welcomes visitors to the wonders of winter. Through the trails, hare tracks, and majestic trees, come reconnect with the benefits of the boreal forest.
Inspired by practices of contemplation and creation, your guide will prpopose sensory invitations followed by discussions aimed at experiencing the outdoors in a different way. A boreal tea ceremony will allow you to taste the essence of the landscape and share your experience.
Our guides, certified in the art of forest bathing, Jean Gaudreault and Charles Sagalane, offer this contemplative practice in the boreal forest. Well-versed in animation, scientific outreach, and cultural mediation, they bring this sensory immersion in nature to audiences of all kinds.
